1. Non Refundable $75.00 Application Fee pay for each adult (18 yr or older).
2. 2 People per bedroom maximum.
3. Driver Licenses and most current month of pay stubs must be emailed to us within 24 hours or application will be deferred (placed on hold) and after 14 Days will be completely cancelled. Send to: (alice@hendricksapartments.com, susan@hendricksapartments.com)
4.Gross Monthly Income must be at least twice the rent.
5. We don't accept applications with more than one Eviction/Broken Lease; if that is the case Last Month's Rent Required.
6. No Felony Arrests within last 6 Years.

ElMar- PET FRIENDLY (Dogs / Cats) Pet fee: $250.00 PER PET, 2 Pets MAX
